Mr. McCann, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has over 10 years of broad public and private sector experience in project management, information security, and regulatory compliance which includes experience providing HIPAA Privacy and Security Project Management Subject Matter Expert services for California county provider agencies and State of California entities, including the Office of Health Information Integrity (CalOHII), Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) – Office of HIPAA Compliance (OHC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Managed Risk Medical Insurance Board (MRMIB) – Healthy Families Program (HFP), Access for Infants and Mothers (AIM) Program, and the Major Risk Medical Insurance Program (MRMIP).
