Marchel Burgess has been in the information systems industry for over 25 years, including 15 years applied to project management. She is a PMI certified Project Manager with extensive systems development and project management experience. Marchel has been involved with large scale health care data information systems in both the private and public sectors for the past 12 years. These engagements have included project and staff management for private health care companies as well as Independent Verification and Validation for the California Deparment of Health Services (CDHS) Medi-Cal data warehouse systems implementations.
